[meta-freescale] What's the different between gpu-viv-bin-mx6q-hfp and gpu-viv-bin-mx6q-sfp

BTW, if I use the gpu-viv-bin-mx6q-hfp, should I use "arm-linux-gnueabihf-gcc" to compile program ?
