[meta-freescale] [ANN] Freescale 3.10.31-1.1.0 Beta included on master-next for TESTING

Hello,

As discussed earlier, we have set a master-next specific builder at
O.S. Systems[1]. So people interested in test fresh builds based on
3.10.31-1.1.0 Beta can use it.

often. This branch is for testing purposes - only - until we branch
