[meta-freescale] How to build fsl-image-gui with Gstreamer plugins base

Hi everyone.

I'm building the fsl-image-gui for the Sabre Smart Devices Board.

I need to use the plugin "videorate" from the gst-plugins-base package, but i fail to do so. When i run the image and use my gstreamer command, I always get the error "no element videorate"
I believe i just have to add the package to the local.conf file but the package is still not included after i bitbake the image (or if it is included, it is not working).

Do i have to do anything else to make it work?

You can find my local.conf file in attachment.

Any pointers would be of great help.
