[meta-freescale] Direct FB 1.7 examples failing on imx6 with 3.10 kernel image

I checked and got following output. I have built the image to use DFB as
the only display mechanism.
Seems some configuration regarding the display is missing.

root at imx6qsabresd:~# echo $DISPLAY

root at imx6qsabresd:~# uname -a
Linux imx6qsabresd 3.10.17-1.0.0_ga+g232293e #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Apr 5
05:29:23 CST 2014 armv7l GNU/Linux
