Please, next time do not top-post [1]. I know asking it is annoying,
and I´m still learning exactly how to master the quoting reply.

PXP driver is using, for imx6 only in imx6slevk (for 3rd party boards,
I´m not sure how/what)

So, if you´re using imx6Q, you have IPU not PXP.

I would only configure imx-lib to not build pxp in case it´s not a
imx6sl board/machine.

Lauren, do you know if there is a way to add a PLATFORM_mx6sl =
"IMX6SL" option in imx-lib recipe, or even some --disable-pxp?
