Awesome! I just tried it out, and it works very well. I get full GLES 
acceleration.

You forgot one thing though: it is necessary to add this line to 
conf/local.conf :

DISTRO_FEATURES_remove = "x11"

otherwise the gpu-viv-bin-mx6q package will not be built with Wayland 
support.
