[meta-freescale] Video output corrupted in eglfs and Yocto 1.6 (kernel 3.10.17) in Wandboard

I am experiencing video output corruption using eglfs with both HDMI and the LCD with Wandboard Quad running Yocto 1.6 (kernel 3.10.17).

This is the output when running the QTCinematicExperience with -platform eglfs
