Hi Carlos,
Thanks for the comments, yes that would make the title more meaningful
and specific.

I thought that I had looked through the de3725198e commit carefully to
see which of those patches had been already applied, but must have got
it wrong with those two and I can't see why I decided that they had
been applied. Thanks for spotting that.
