I can confirm these steps work in Daisy but step 4 fails in Master:

1. bitbake fsl-image-multimedia-full
2. bitbake meta-toolchain-qt5
3. Run the toolchain installator inside build/tmp/deploy/sdk
4. Compile a simple Hello World using /opt/poky/1.6.1/sysroots/x86_64-pokysdk-linux/usr/bin/arm-poky-linux-gnueabi/arm-poky-linux-gnueabi-g++
