changes:
 Add T4240QDS case, monitor.conf is an example based on T4240QDS
 Add power consumption monitoring support
 Adjust monitoring duration: 20mins->10mins, 4hours->1hour
 Update copyright
 Update refresh rate as every 10 senconds
 Disable error logging for lighttpd
