Yes, it seems.

So far we have reports[1] it has issues in:

Boundary Devices Nitrogen6x
Freescale SABRE SD
CuBox-i

So it does seem to be a regression. I didn't hear back from Lauren yet
(here at Cc) but I won't merge 3.10.17 until we solve this regression.
