[meta-freescale] imx-test binaries are hardfloat even on softfloat builds

Hi all,

I wanted to report this inconsistency I'm getting.
I have configured my distro to be softfloat with:
TARGET_FPU = "soft"

All the system gets build softfloat but binaries from imx-test are hardfloat, 
for example:
$ readelf -a imx-test/1_3.10.17-1.0.0-r0/packages-split/imx-
test/unit_tests/memtool | grep "Tag_ABI_VFP_args"
  Tag_ABI_VFP_args: VFP registers

Is anybody else encountering this problem?
