[meta-freescale] [PATCH v2] openssl: remove obsolete PREFERRED_VERSION

Hello John, 

The current openssl version in fsl-ppc layer should be reserved to ensure it works for FSL QorIQ PPC targets, since there are some FSL specific patches. I think the better fix is to replace = with  =? To make PREFERRED_VERSION_openssl is overridable.
