[meta-freescale] fetcher failure in bitbake

Hello
Thanks for your response.
But I don't have linux-qoriq-sdk folder in my /files.
I am having only :  /files  linux-qoriq-sdk.bb.   linux-qoriq-sdk.inc.
linux-qoriq-sdk-headers.bb. linux-qoriq-sdk-headers.inc

Can you please find what the problem is?
