[meta-freescale] fetcher failure in bitbake

Hello
I have to boot T4240 QDS.
Platform: SDK v 1.4
Ubuntu 12.04

I have setup the host environment,reconfigured kernel.
When i run the bitbake command i get the  error ( kindly request to  see
log attached ).

But i have copied the linux-qoriq-sdk.tar.gz to the /files.
It gave same error.

I tried moving it too but the same error.
Please help.
