um, not a expert on SATA.

No,i connect dvd-rom to the arm board via sata.

I use the dvd-rom tools like cdrtools to test it.


There is an interesting thing that the dvd-rom doesnot work well via sata,but works well via usb-sata,is it a bug to freescale arm board,and the author of dvd toool cdrtools has the same idea.

    how do you test? so you just plug the usb external dvd drive , then you wish there are some application will pop up and play the content in the DVD?
