[meta-freescale] i.MX 3.10.31-1.1.0_beta release - community feedback requested

Option 2.  Though I fail to see why 3.10.17 would need to be removed Yocto has no issues supporting multiple versions of packages.  Seems to me supporting both options is win/win for everyone.
