[meta-freescale] i.MX 3.10.31-1.1.0_beta release - community feedback requested

The beta will be around for 3+ months after the release of 1.7, I don't
think we have an option but to keep 3.10.17 the preferred version.   Unless
it was really good.  And even it it was great, I wouldn't want to remove
3.10.17 recipes as that could be a fallback for users.
