[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-ppc][PATCH] Use generic bbappend files

Thanks for your patch.

Since udev_182.bbappend and procps_3.2.8.bbappend do nothing, we plan to drop them when corresponding packages are upgraded, please send a new version to exclude the two bbappends.
