So please:

 * send the non-FSL specific patch to meta-browser
 * make the bbappend specific of browser-layer collection as we did for qt5 ones

Regarding meta-browser patches, please follow the README file :-)

Generally we follow.

The Chromium fix shouldn't have any problem to go in as it does not
change anything which works before but it will require a good test. We
also have planned:

+ linux-fslc update
+ GA BSP merge
