[meta-freescale] 回复： build error on branch dora

Hi
I change two place in local.conf :

* move the default download position(DL_DIR (http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/1.4.2/ref-manual/ref-manual.html#var-DL_DIR)) to my specific position (${TOPDIR}/../../download)
* change to -j4

* others is default value come from dora branch
