I sent a patch fixing the issue; please give it a try.

This still uses the 3.0.35-4.0.0 kernel, I hope it fixes it for you. I
added the need patches for it to work fine with the Vivante 3.10.9 GPU
for optimal performance but didn't test it myself as I am finishing a
board bring-up.
