This is not something trivial to do. The biggest challenge is to
proper integrate it among other recipes and provide the need upstart
configuration files for them. In either case, this should be discussed
in oe-core mailing list as this is not BSP specific.

Please start a thread in oe-core mailing list so we can discuss it there.
