[meta-freescale] configuring gstreamer base package

Hi,

	I am using the gstreamer base plugin in "danny" with demo image fsl-image-gui also,

	add "gst-plugins-base" into $IMAGE_INSTALL, it looks like following:

	IMAGE_INSTALL += "gst-plugins-base"
