[meta-freescale] Request to be the maintainer of meta-fsl-ppc layer

Hello Richard, 

We want to ensure meta-fsl-ppc patches can be reviewed and applied timely, so I send the request to maintain the layer.  

Currently I don't have write permission of the layer, can you please help to grant the permission?
