The serie is much better; thanks by doing the changes.

The only thing I'd do different is to avoid having the rules files at
recipes-core/udev/files/ but have them at
recipes-core/udev/udev-extraconf/ as it makes much clear for someone
looking at the BSP which recipe is using those files.

Please see if you agree with this proposed change and if you does
please send a v4 of the patches (you can send the whole serie again).
