Core board support under one layer is not that hard. It should only be
adding a machine file, and maybe a new kernel / u-boot recipe (or
maybe just pointing at a different SHA/SRC_URI).

Most other stuff will live in a vybrid layer that adds all the
ancillary support recipes.
