The master-next has the 2013.07 for testing; the master still has
2013.04 based one.

Here it does; I didn't ever build it with angstrom but it is unlikely
it is causing a problem on it. Please try:

bitbake u-boot-fslc

and see it does.

It works; I have been using it for my projects for some times, for
testing, and didn't have problems with it.

You should have a .sdcard file in the deploy dir, which you can 'dd'
to your sdcard.
