Do you use dash? Try this command to check:
$ readlink /bin/sh

There is "+=" operator which is not supported by dash in tmp/sysroots/p4080ds/usr/bin/crossscripts/powerpc* -linux-libtool.

Reconfigure /bin/sh to not use dash:
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure --terse -f readline dash
answer "no".

Hello All,

I am currently using Freescale P4080DS board. I just downloaded installed SDK v1.4. I was able to build fsl-image-minimal just fine but whenever I try to do bitbake fsl-image-full I receive an error - ERROR: Task 674 (/home/lahar/QorIQ-SDK-V1.4-20130625-yocto/meta-fsl-ppc/recipes-devtools/qemu/qemu_fslgit.bb, do_install) failed with exit code '1'

I have tried talking to yocto community on freenode webchat. They directed me here.
