[meta-freescale] [meta-fsl-ppc][PATCH] Remove 85xx NPI/Boards, P102x combo board and P1023RDS board

Those boards are not supported by Freescale new QorIQ SDK anymore, so remove them from Yocto layer to avoid any unexpected error and confusion.
