[meta-freescale] gst-plugins-fsl based on Gstreamer 1.0

Currently, gst-fsl-plugins 3.0.8 (latest version) is based off of Gstreamer
0.10.36. Is there any plan on freescale's part for upgrading this to use
Gstreamer 1.0? I want to be able to use some of the features in 1.0. Thanks
