[meta-freescale] Variscite eval Board

Hi
I'm trying to test yocto on the VAR-SOM-Imx6 board from variscite.
I followed the tutorials and could easily build the fsl image but when
booting i get the following error from uboot:
Wrong image format for command boots
Could not find kernel

Is any one understanding this message? I'm really unfamiliar with uboot so
I might be missing something obvious, but I googled the error message,
parsed the mailing list, and could not find anything :(
