Please take a look at https://wiki.kubuntu.org/X/InputConfiguration as
it has a nice description how to map the Xorg configuration to udev
rules. The nice thing about it is it would allow for it to be applied
in all boards and in case same touch where used it'd just work as
well.

I'll skip this patch at this moment...
