[linux-yocto] [kernel-cache][PATCH V2] intel-common-drivers: moved x2apic

Dear maintainer, 

This patch moves the kernel feature x2apic in intel-common-drivers.scc to intel-corei7-64. 
Leaving x2apic in intel-common-drivers will cause configcheck warnings for intel-core2-32.
This patch should be applied to yocto-kernel 4.4 and 4.9
