[linux-yocto] Custom wic imager plugin

The patch doesn't apply as you've just pasted it into a message instead of
using git-send-email.  Also, this is the kernel list and not the oe-core
list.

Please sent the patch, against master, to
openembedded-core at lists.openembedded.org, using git-send-email.
