Hi Bruce.

These patches are USB dependency patches for the patch series
usb: add support for Intel dual role port mux. More info at URL below.
https://lwn.net/Articles/689134/

All of them are from mainline Linux kernel, thus they are targeted
for linux-yocto-4.1 on standard/base branch.
