Bruce, go ahead and do that.

However, I'm wondering if these should probably be moved out of
common-pc and into a set of wifi features. I'm going to need them for
Minnow anyway, so it seems they would be better organized under
features. Yes?

I'll plan on including these in my refactoring. Soooooo tedious.....
