[linux-yocto] Integrating with Yocto Build environment

Hi,

  I am planning to integrate my linux kernel module into Yocto such that
whenever I create a Yocto image, my module too gets built in.
I read about Yocto Build Appliance VM. Does this VM contain all the
required toolchain, sysroots, headers etc required for build exercise?
Or  is there any way to achieve this?
