You don't have to actually do runtime testing, it's just repeating running
of kernel_configme after making changes. diff's tell you if anything
changed.

At the very least, take the emenlow config update I did. It's part
of 1.3 already and it is safe. You don't need to check those values,
I assure you they are in place. One build and boot is all you'd really
need.

.. and yes, we'll revisit all of these, since the new tools that I'm
about to merge for 1.4 will throw warnings for all of those duplicated
config items.
